You will provide subject matter expertise in the Fires, Movement, and Maneuver Warfighting Functions focusing on doctrine, training tasks, and exercise support. Assist the Army client with analyzing exercises and integrate C‑UAS capabilities and tasks into exercises according to concepts of operations. Provide technical expertise and recommendations regarding scenario injects, capability employment, and threat design. Engage in the development of strategic and operational documents that address IAMD capabilities and emergent threats supporting readiness and deployment training. Assist with the integration of theater‑specific equipping requirements into training in coordination with operational commands, force providers, and partner nations for deploying units. Develop guidelines, strategies, and instructions to ensure the most efficient C‑UAS program. Produce reports, information papers, briefings, and other products for command leadership on threat capabilities and non‑materiel solutions to counter them. Collaborate with other directorates and subordinate commands to optimize work activities across the Army client or command.

You Have:

  • Experience with the U.S. military as a senior NCO, WO, or Officer
  • Experience with the Fires Warfighting Functional Areas such as Field Artillery, Air Defense Artillery, UAS, or C‑UAS related programs or activities
  • Experience with Exercise Design, Exercise Support, and Scenario Development
  • Experience at the staff Division level or higher
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Full Deployment Operations
  • Experience with the Training Readiness Model (TRM)
