Job summary

KBR is seeking a Program Manager to lead a nationwide Counter-UAS Mobile Training Team program, supporting DoD and Joint Force customers. You will oversee training readiness, instructor deployment, curriculum development, and contract compliance across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

You will manage a diverse team, liaise with Government customers and CORs, and drive quality, schedules, and risk mitigation while scaling resources to evolving mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in Department of Defense, military, or federal training program management.
• Minimum 5 years managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Active SECRET security clearance; ability to maintain clearance.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of C-UAS Mobile Training Team operations for military installations and organizations.
• Serve as primary interface with Government leadership, CORs, and supported commands.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to support training objectives and readiness.
• Lead a dispersed workforce of instructors, curriculum developers, and training coordinators.
• Ensure contract performance, budgets, and quality standards are met on time.
