Job summary

KBR is seeking a Training Lead to develop and execute comprehensive training programs for mission-ready operators in a Space Operations Center. You will ensure personnel are fully qualified to perform operational duties and maintain proficiency on mission systems.

You will lead cross-location training efforts, focusing on flight safety tools and readiness before system delivery, leveraging extensive space operations experience and training management skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree plus 11 years of relevant experience or
• Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of relevant experience or
• No Degree with 14 years of relevant experience and demonstrated expertise

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and execute training programs enabling mission-ready operators in a Space Operations Center.
• Ensure personnel are fully qualified to perform operational duties and maintain proficiency on mission systems.
• Lead training regime development across operating locations to ensure operator readiness prior to system delivery.
• Maintain proficiency with existing and nascent tools, focusing on flight safety tools.
