Job summary

CACI is seeking a Fixed Site Domain Requirements Writer to develop and analyze operational requirements for C-UAS capabilities supporting fixed site and base defense. The role demands translating mission needs into actionable recommendations and MDMP-ready materials to protect critical infrastructure and personnel.

The position requires Top-Secret/SCI clearance, senior-level planning experience, and collaboration with stakeholders and industry partners to refine requirements and improve mission

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret SCI Clearance required.
• Experience applying MDMP at senior level including COA development and executive briefings.
• Proven ability to translate mission needs into operational requirements for C-UAS in fixed-site/base-defense environments.
• Experience integrating C-UAS technologies and TTPs into planning and capability development.
• Strong communication with senior leaders, planners, and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document operational requirements, capability needs, and performance standards for C-UAS in fixed site and base defense domains.
• Analyze mission requirements, adversary UAS capabilities, and system limitations to identify capability gaps.
• Provide expertise on tactical employment, integration, and sustainment of C-UAS systems within fixed site defense.
• Support MDMP planning, operational execution, and mission support activities.
• Assist with capability development through assessments, evaluations, and fielding events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and industry partners to refine requirements and improve mission effectiveness.
• Identify vulnerabilities and assess threats posed by adversary UAS, including TTPs targeting fixed site infrastructure.
• Develop operational guidance, CONOPs, technical documentation, and integration products.
