Job summary

CACI is seeking a Maritime Domain Requirements Writer to support JIATF 401 with development, analysis, and integration of operational requirements for C-UAS capabilities in maritime environments. This role will translate mission needs into actionable capability recommendations to support strategic objectives and planning.

The position demands subject matter expertise on tactical employment, sustainment, and integration of C-UAS within complex operational settings while aligning MDMP with mission

Qualifications

• MDMP at senior level demonstrated in planning conferences and COA development.
• Proven experience translating mission requirements into operational needs.
• Strong knowledge of C-UAS, maritime operations, and TTPs.
• Proficient with MS Office and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document operational requirements, capability needs, and performance standards for C-UAS systems supporting the maritime domain.
• Analyze mission requirements, operational environments, adversary UAS capabilities, and system limitations to identify capability gaps and recommend operational solutions.
• Provide specialized expertise on the tactical employment, integration, sustainment, and operational effectiveness of C-UAS systems within the maritime domain.
• Support the integration of C-UAS capabilities into MDMP planning, operational execution, and mission support activities.
• Assist with capability development efforts by supporting operational assessments, system evaluations, requirements validation, and new equipment fielding events.
