Job summary

FlexTrade Systems is a provider of customized multi-asset execution and order management trading solutions for buy- and sell-side financial institutions. Our core application development team builds FlexTRADER EMS, FlexONE OEMS, and Sell Side FlexOMS, focusing on robust, scalable desktop applications.

The role involves designing and implementing solutions, collaborating with client services and implementation teams, and mentoring junior engineers while growing ownership of major product areas.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++ on Windows and Linux using modern standards (C++17/20).
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with willingness to take ownership of parts of the product.
• Quick learner with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions in FlexTRADER EMS, FlexONE OEMS, and Sell Side FlexOMS.
• Collaborate with client services and implementation teams to deliver new features and fixes.
• Resolve complex issues in a multi-asset trading application, independently or with the team.
• Provide guidance and documentation on product features and technical specifications.
• Primarily work on frontend implementation with occasional GUI work; explore areas of interest.
