FlexTrade Systems is seeking a Core Application Developer to design and implement features across FlexTRADER EMS, FlexONE OEMS, and FlexOMS. You will collaborate with client services to deliver new capabilities and resolve complex issues in a multi-asset trading environment.

The role combines frontend work with backend integration, requiring strong C++ skills and cross-platform experience. It is a hybrid position, on-site four days weekly in Great Neck or NYC, with one flexible remote day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or physics.
• Proficiency in C++ programming (Windows/Linux) with C++17/20 features.
• Strong algorithms, data structures, and system design fundamentals.
• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented and willing to grow into ownership of parts of the product.
• Good attitude and appetite to learn and grow.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement solutions in the FlexTRADER EMS, FlexONE OEMS, and Sell Side FlexOMS.
• Work closely with client services and implementation teams to provide new features and fixes to clients.
• Resolve the complex technical issues in a multi-asset trading application independently and with the team.
• Provide guidance and documentation on product features and technical specifications.
• Spend most of the time on frontend implementation with occasional GUI work.
