Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Executive to drive post-sales strategy for our most valuable accounts and to partner with C-level executives, guiding business transformations and value realization across initiatives.

You will collaborate with Account Executives to deliver integrated pre- and post-sales strategies, manage risks, and drive renewals and expansion in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in management consulting or leadership roles at top-tier firms or similar positions focused on technology-enabled business transformations (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software).
• Proven success leading large-scale strategic accounts and high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align solutions with client objectives.
• Experience working across multiple functions in large matrixed environments and building C-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales transformation for strategic accounts and align ServiceNow offerings with client goals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to create integrated pre- and post-sales strategies delivering long-term value.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure value realization and renewals.
• Guide the Customer Success team to meet KPIs such as adoption, health, renewals, and expansion.
• Build alignment with ServiceNow leaders and incorporate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
