Job summary

VERSANT Media is seeking a Membership Manager to drive new-member sales across CNBC Councils, including CEO, CFO, Technology, and Workforce Councils. This hands-on role emphasizes prospecting, qualifying executives, and converting prospects into members.

Based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, with a hybrid work model, you will manage the full sales cycle, nurture relationships with senior leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve membership and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales or business-development experience.
• Demonstrated success generating leads, managing a pipeline, and closing new business.
• Strong written and verbal communication with C-suite executives and other senior decision-makers.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-member sales cycle, from prospecting through onboarding.
• Contribute to shared new-membership and revenue goals across the CNBC Councils portfolio.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified C-suite executives and senior leaders.
• Develop targeted prospecting strategies and tailored sales messaging.
• Source, vet, and recruit members who meet Council criteria.
