The ideal candidate has extensive enterprise experience, strong collaboration with SIs, and a track record of leading large-scale transformation programs across industries.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in digital/AI transformation in enterprises, as operator or consultant.
• 5+ years working directly with enterprise C-suite to lead transformations.
• Deep experience with AI transformations across industries and operating models.
• Experience with partners (e.g., SIs) to implement transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep C-suite/SVP+ relationships and co-sell with main SIs and strategic partners.
• Co-create the AI Transformation Roadmap and ensure deployment and value realization.
• Develop engagement models for broader customer sets and scalable operating models with FDE and SIs.
