Job summary

Refuel is seeking a C-Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations at an assigned location. The role includes scheduling, training, and supervising the store team to ensure excellent guest service and efficient store performance.

The position requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with travel up to 10% as needed. A valid driver's license and c-store retail experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling and supervising team members.

• Ensure inventory, pricing, merchandising, and housekeeping meet standards.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and respond to trends.
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies across the store.
