Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive outstanding service and maintain a customer-friendly environment.
• Control shrink, expenses, and schedule employees per management guidelines.
• Maintain merchandise stock, ensure perishable dates are current, and keep signage updated.
• Ensure policy compliance, train employees, and verify certifications as required by state and federal regulations.
• Handle money, operate POS and store equipment to minimize errors and cashier shortages.
• Maintain Terrible Herbst Operational Excellence standards and complete daily reports and fuel surveys.
• Cover open shifts, support district staffing, and travel to other locations as needed.
