Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast paced store.
• Control shrink, expenses, and schedule employees per guidance.
• Maintain merchandise stock levels and shelf signage.
• Ensure policies are followed and staff certifications are current.
• Manage cash handling and operate POS systems accurately.
• Prepare daily activity reports and fuel surveys.
• Cover shifts and travel to other district locations as needed.
