Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a motivated C-Store Assistant Manager to support daily operations, staff development, and customer satisfaction. You will help hire and train team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience.
• Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training provided for all new team members.

Responsibilities

• Work days and hours needed to meet business requirements, typically five days per week including some weekends.
• May work up to six days per week if needed to meet performance targets.
• Work assigned shifts, including at least two nights per week.
• Support daily store operations and complete tasks per company policy.
• Ensure compliance with city, county, and state beverage laws.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Lead staff to maintain cleanliness and organization for high inspection scores.
• Maintain customer-ready standards including restrooms and storefront.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, balancing, and deposits.
