Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
• Able to perform basic math at 8th-grade level.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work the days and hours needed, typically five days per week including some weekends.
• Lead and assist staff to maintain cleanliness and efficient store operations.
• Ensure compliance with beverage laws and provide courteous customer service.
• Manage cash handling, register balancing, and deposits.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and oversee daily workflow.
• Conduct performance evaluations and apply disciplinary measures per policy.
• Adhere to company policies and the Employee Handbook.
