Refuel Operating Company, LLC seeks a C-Store Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will help hire, train, and develop team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.

This role is full-time or part-time depending on availability, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Benefits include competitive pay with a raise after 90 days and Daily Pay access.

Responsibilities

• Work five days per week, including some weekends when the Store Manager is off.
• May be required to work up to six days per week if needed.
• Lead shifts, manage staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with all city, county, and state beverage laws.
• Deliver courteous service to every customer and maintain store standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of team members.
