**Job Summary:**

The C-Store Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in maintaining efficient operations, maximizing revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, controlling expenses, and developing staff. Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused individuals are ideal.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Work assigned shifts, including at least two nights weekly.
• Maintain proper uniform and identification.
• Perform general duties and specific tasks as assigned.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with laws.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Supervise staff, handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Handle cash procedures and bank deposits accurately.

**Physical & Environmental Requirements:**

• Stand for entire shift, lift up to 50 lbs, work in coolers, climb ladders, and react to emergencies.
• Speak, read, and write English; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
