Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a skilled C++ Software Developer to support aircraft software maintenance efforts. The role is on-site at NAVAIR-PAX River, St. Mary’s County, MD, requiring 5 days per week in the office. An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop, review, and test C++ code, with experience in Linux (RHEL), Oracle databases, and Visual Studio. Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, Ada, DOORS, and Cameo is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to write, review, and test C++ code.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience with Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

• Provide software development expertise as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Review data, reports, studies, designs, design documentation, tests, or equipment to determine conformance with contract technical requirements.
