Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates skilled trades in maintenance of equipment, structures, and utility systems.
• Supervises installation, service, and repair of plant equipment and facilities.
• Inspects work for conformance to blueprints and specs.
• Prepares work schedules and assigns tasks.
• Enforces company policies and resolves work problems.
• Participates in project work for new buildings or modifications.
• Maintains preventive maintenance programs and training procedures.
