Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Shipping Lead to manage the distribution team in Mooresville, IN. The role focuses on supervising daily productivity, task delegation, and ensuring timely production for the shift while maintaining professional behavior and effective communication with leads and management.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, coach associates on performance and safety, and be fluent in English to communicate across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching ability.
• Experience training and guiding associates.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse tools.
• Comfort with safety procedures and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily productivity of the assigned department.
• Delegate tasks and monitor wave reports for throughput.
• Ensure adequate headcount and timely completion of shift goals.
• Identify underperforming associates and retrain when needed.
• Train team on procedures and ensure accurate processes.
