Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Assembly II to join the Corinth, MS facility. You will assemble components across varying levels of complexity in a safety- and quality-focused team environment, reading prints and using systems like MES, BIQ, Pinpoint and Epix.

The role requires basic computer skills and at least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience, with opportunities to cross-train and advance within Salary Grade 3, while adhering to production schedules and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to read/write standard work documents and enter data.
• Print reading and interpretation of documents used in assembly.
• Experience with basic tooling and quality checks.
• 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components with increasing complexity on a fast-paced line.
• Follow contamination control guidelines and quality standards.
• Read prints and reference work instructions using MES, BIQ, Pinpoint and Epix.
• Cross train in other positions to maintain flexibility and coverage.
