This position is responsible for certifying clients for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in Sussex County. All clients receive nutrition education and assessments. The role promotes healthy lifestyles, healthy eating, breastfeeding, and other health‑related messages to the WIC population. The position participates in disaster exercises, drills, and responds to disasters if needed. It requires travel to support operations at additional clinic locations, including the Shipley State Service Center in Seaford and the Pyle State Service Center in Frankford.
