The State of Delaware’s Central Business Office seeks a Fiscal Advisor I to provide department-wide support and oversight for payroll operations for a large law enforcement agency, including bi-weekly payroll processing, W-4 processing, data entry, and payroll reporting.
Responsibilities include assisting with inquiries, filing, data tracking and audits, and payroll-related processes; there may be coverage for the receptionist area.
The incumbent in this position will work in the Central Business Office and provide department-wide support and oversight for all payroll operations for a large law enforcement agency to include but not limited to, bi-weekly payroll processing, W-4 processing, data entry into the agencies payroll system, assist department employees with payroll related inquiries, filing, data tracking and analysis, payroll reporting and other payroll related processes, as needed.��In addition, this position may assist with coverage for the receptionist area, greeting customers, handling incoming and outgoing mail and answering phones.
