State of Delaware is seeking an entry-level corporate documents reviewer to support attorneys, registered agents, and the public. You will work under supervision to study Delaware corporate records, UCC filings, and franchise taxes while learning the applicable laws.
The role emphasizes accuracy, customer inquiries, and routine processing using the DCIS and imaging systems. This is a casual/seasonal position located in Kent or New Castle County.

This is the entry level of corporations work performing statutory review of legal corporate, Uniform Commercial Code, and franchise tax documents in compliance with the Delaware Code and assisting attorneys, registered agents, corporate representatives, and the public concerning corporate documents, legal filings, franchise taxes, and corporate fees. Employees perform the full range of Essential Functions, completing routine and standardized assignments under close supervision.

All new hires are required to report to the Statewide New Employee Orientation (SNEO) on their first day of employment. Sessions are held at designated locations in Kent or New Castle County.
