Job summary

FITS is seeking a CQV professional to support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities in the Business Operations area in Puerto Rico. The role requires a science or engineering degree and at least 2 years of CQV experience, with Spanish/English bilingual abilities and a collaborative, family‑oriented mindset.

You will develop qualification protocols, participate in FAT/SAT, and ensure data integrity (ALCOA) across tests, while coordinating resources and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, or Engineering field with at least 2 years of proven experience in commissioning and qualification processes, protocol generation and execution.
  • Reporting deviations during tests, proposing corrective actions, and participating in the implementation and verification of corrections.
  • Planning and coordinating resources, measurement/calibration equipment, and tooling needed for tests.

  • Support and influence effectively to ensure all necessary CQV activities are completed on time and according to the validation program.
  • Developing validation status reports.

  • Report deviations during tests, propose corrective actions, and participate in the implementation and verification of corrections.

  • Comply with site safety rules, permits, and policies while on site.
