Qualifications

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, memory management, and modern C++ standards.
• Proficient in Perl language syntax and OO Perl for building and deploying Perl-based tools.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and running scheduled applications.
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and data access frameworks.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and responsive UI design.
• Familiarity with microservices, API integration, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and clean code practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, scalable C++ software.
• Design and maintain tools and automation scripts using Perl and scripting languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and features.
• Optimize C++ and Perl codebases for performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across integrated C++ and Perl environments.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards.
• Manage development environments and version control (Git).
