Qualifications

• Solid C++ development experience with Unix systems and a strong grasp of database internals and design.
• Proven performance engineering skills in databases, high-frequency trading, simulation, or real-time data processing.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and analyze performance of the core ClickHouse database, including distributed query execution, relational operators, caching, and SIMD instructions.
• Extend and maintain performance regression tests using real-world and synthetic datasets, and debug advanced customer issues with support.
