Job summary

Finastra is seeking a Back-End Engineer to design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and data access layers. You’ll work with C#/.NET, TypeScript/Node.js, and Next.js to deliver scalable solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Collaborate across frontend, DevOps, and senior engineers, contribute to code reviews and documentation, and apply best practices while exploring AI-powered applications and enterprise integrations. This role offers growth in a global fintech team.

Qualifications

• Experience building backend services with C#/.NET, TypeScript/Node.js, or equivalent backend frameworks.
• REST APIs, data modeling, and server-side application development.
• Integrating with third party APIs and enterprise systems.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and software design fundamentals.
• Experience using Git/GitHub in a team-based development environment.
• Familiarity with modern web application architectures involving React, Next.js, and backend APIs.
• Exposure and interest in developing AI-powered or large language model-based applications.

Responsibilities
