Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to long-term residents and short-stay patients.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Take and record vital signs, height, and weight.
• Assist residents to meals, activities and common areas.
• Follow individual care plans and document care in POC systems.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Assist nurses with additional resident care needs.

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500
Status: Full-Time / Part-Time
Mileage Stipend: Up to $100 per paycheck for eligible employees
Must have an active CNA certification.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you will assist licensed nursing staff and provide compassionate care to residents.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing hands‑on care to long‑term residents and short‑stay patients
