• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Accurately record information and perform technical procedures.

• Follows all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing as per care policies.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
