Job summary

Care & Rehab – Boscobel in southwestern Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our close-knit team on the day shift.

We offer a new wage scale, shift premiums, bonuses and other differentiators, and recently earned a 5/5 Star Facility rating for exceptional care.

As a CNA you will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility, meals, and communication with nurses to support residents' health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED required.
• Valid CNA certification in Wisconsin.
• First aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, comfortable home environment to all residents.
• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
• Communicate with nurses.
• Assist with meals.
• Monitor meal intake.
