As a CNA, you will provide basic patient care under the direction of our nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of independence and dignity for our residents. Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including changing linens, transferring, transporting, feeding, and grooming patients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Support the development of individualized care plans for each resident
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care
