Role Summary

We’re looking for a visionaryChief Technology Officer (CTO)with a track record in bothWeb3andgamingto lead Tilted’s technical direction. This role combines deep hands-on technical experience with leadership across engineering, blockchain, infrastructure, and cross-platform gaming.

You will oversee the full technology stack from L2 blockchain infra and AI/DePIN architecture, to front-end platforms (iOS, Android, web), to game SDK integrations. Your mission is to turn Tilted into the most seamless Web3 social streaming + commerce experience on the market.

Responsibilities

• Tech Strategy & Architecture
• Define and own the overall technical roadmap across blockchain, backend, and product platforms.
• Oversee L2 blockchain development, NFT infrastructure, and integrations with EVM chains and DePIN.
• Spearhead interoperability protocols (cross-game identity, SDKs, wallets).
• Build, lead, and inspire a world-class remote engineering team across multiple time zones.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and BD to execute strategic technical partnerships.
• Product & Platform Development
• Architect scalable infrastructure for live streaming, on-chain user identity, and real-time game asset trading.
• Work closely with gaming studios on SDK/API integration for Tilted’s UGC marketplace and asset liquidity pools.
• Security & Compliance
• Ensure platform security, smart contract audits, and backend stability.
• Stay updated on regulatory, tokenization, and data compliance frameworks globally.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a CTO, VP Eng, or Lead Architect in fast-scaling tech companies.
• Deep expertise inWeb3 protocols,smart contracts,EVM,NFT standards, andL2 chains(e.g. Arbitrum, Optimism, or custom rollups).
• Solid background ingame developmentorgame publishing infrastructure(e.g. Unity, Unreal Engine, gaming SDKs).
• Strong understanding ofreal-time streaming,distributed systems, anddata architecture.
• Previous experience withAI,DePIN, oridentity protocolsis a strong plus.
• Passionate about Web3-native creator economies and gaming culture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially in a globally distributed team.
• Experience scaling consumer social or creator platforms with on-chain integrations.
• Familiarity with ZK-rollups, account abstraction, or modular chain designs.
• Tokenomics and dApp design background is a bonus.
• Work at the intersection of gaming, creator economy, and Web3 infrastructure.
• Build transformative products with real impact and innovation.
• Collaborate with top-tier partners and studios across Asia, LATAM, and North America.
• Shape the future of tokenized social experiences and game asset economies.
