Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a C-Level Automotive Technician at Napleton Honda St. Peters to perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards. You will build trust with customers by ensuring safety and reliability of their vehicles in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a pay range of $22.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid training, certifications, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech, or technician assistant.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure is correct for proper inflation.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Clean and replace batteries.
• Replace or repair exhaust system.
• Remove and reinstall brake drums/shoes.
• Replace radiators.
• Perform recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
