Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a C-Level Automotive Technician at Napleton Honda St Peters. The role involves vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards and building customer loyalty by instilling trust in Napleton for vehicle safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech, or technician assistant.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings; replace batteries as needed.
• Replace or repair exhaust systems.
• Remove and reinstall brake drums or shoes.
• Replace radiators.
• Perform manufacturer recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech, or technician assistant
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
