Job summary

Napleton Honda in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a C-Level Automotive Technician to inspect and service vehicles per dealer and factory standards. You will help build customer trust by ensuring vehicle safety and reliability.

The role includes paid training, manufacturer certifications, and opportunities for advancement. Typical duties include inspections, oil changes, tire checks, wheel alignments, fluid top-offs, battery care, exhaust work, brake service, radiator replacement, and recalls that

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech or technician assistant preferred.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Inspect and refill fluids as necessary.
• Install oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Clean and replace batteries.
• Repair or replace exhaust components.
• Remove and reinstall brake drums/shoes.
• Replace radiators.
• Perform manufacturer recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain a clean service center.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech, or technician assistant
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
