Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a C-Level Automotive Technician at Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. This role maintains vehicles per dealer and factory standards and helps build customer trust by ensuring safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include inspections, oil changes, tire checks, wheel alignments, fluid refills, recalls, and keeping the service bay clean. The position offers paid training, benefits, and strong growth opportunities within a large dealership

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech or technician assistant preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire inflation and pressure.
• Perform wheel alignments and exhaust work as needed.
• Inspect and refill fluids; replace oil drain plug and filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings; replace batteries as needed.
• Replace radiators and brake components; assist with recalls not requiring diagnostics.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center; perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete vehicle inspection

• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Perform wheel alignments
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Clean and replace batteries
• Replace or repair exhaust system
• Remove and reinstall brake drums and/or brake shoes
• Replace Radiators
• Perform Manufacturer recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech, or technician assistant
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
