Job summary

Napleton Auto Group in Orlando is seeking a C-Level Automotive Technician to maintain vehicles to dealer and factory standards at Volkswagen of Orlando. This role focuses on building customer trust by ensuring vehicle safety and reliability while contributing to Napleton’s growth.

Located at Volkswagen of Orlando, the technician will perform inspections, service tasks, and assist with diagnostics, with opportunities for advancement within one of the country’s largest automotive groups.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Prior experience as a lube tech, technician's helper, or apprentice.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspection.
• Advises service consultants of additional work.
• Inspect fluid levels.
• Check air pressure of tires.
• Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil.
• Add coolant to radiator.
• Replace oil and air filters.
• Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed.
• Rotating, balancing, and mounting tires.
