Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a C-Level Automotive Technician to join St. Peters Honda in Missouri. The role involves performing vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards to ensure safety and reliability, while building trust with customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech or technician assistant.
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Check oil level and communicate to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire pressure and inflation.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Install new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Lubricate fittings as needed.
• Clean and replace batteries.
• Replace or repair exhaust system.
• Remove and reinstall brake drums/shoes.
• Replace radiators.
• Perform manufacturer recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment.
• Keep service center clean and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
