Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a C-Level Automotive Technician for Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood. The technician will perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards and help build customer loyalty by delivering trusted, safe, and reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive technical training or experience preferred (lube tech/technician assistant).
• Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure proper tire inflation and pressure.
• Perform wheel alignments and replace wear parts as needed.
• Inspect and refill fluids; install oil drain plug and filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings; replace batteries as needed.
• Replace or repair exhaust system and radiators.
• Remove/install brake drums/shoes and perform recalls when possible.
• Maintain a clean, organized service center; follow safety standards.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for ournext C-Level Automotive Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-pacedindustry.

Located at Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood, the C-Level Automotive Technician performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton as a caregiver for their vehicle safety and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete vehicle inspection
• Check and communicate oil level to other teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Perform wheel alignments
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Clean and replace batteries
• Replace or repair exhaust system
• Remove and reinstall brake drums and/or brake shoes
• Replace Radiators
• Perform Manufacturer recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment
• Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech, or technician assistant
• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
