We are seeking a Senior Underwriter with a strong background in Middle Market lending to join our Credit Underwriting team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in underwriting apparel and related companies and experience in asset-based lending structure. Experience with healthcare industry write-ups is a plus. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to multi-task, and the capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality credit assessments.

The expected annual base salary for this position is between $110,000 - $175,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills, experience, and book of business. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for incentive compensation, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
