Job summary

Walser Automotive Group's Collision & Glass division in Bloomington, MN is seeking a friendly front desk associate. You will greet customers, answer incoming calls, perform light data entry, handle payments, and help coordinate repair files to keep the workflow smooth and customers informed.

The ideal candidate brings excellent customer service, strong time management, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate scheduling and show/no-show statuses for appointments.
• Support receivables and other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $20.00-$23.00/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and direct customers when they arrive at the front
• Answer incoming calls
• Light filing and data entry
• Receipt of money
• Page for available sales reps
• Ensure a constant supply of repair files
• Manage receivables
• Manage incoming appointments (prepping folders and ensuring appointments are properly marked as Show/No Show)
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:

• Must have excellent customer service skills and a positive demeanor
• Must have good time management and be detail oriented
• Must have ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
