You will drive ASC 740 provision work, strategic tax consulting, and client relationship leadership.

The role emphasizes practice growth, mentoring junior staff, cross-service collaboration, and contributing to the Firm’s Center of Excellence while maintaining the highest professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Master’s degree in taxation with CPA license.
• Substantial corporate tax experience in large public accounting firms.
• Focus on C corp and consolidated C corp federal compliance and ASC 740.
• Experience with multi-state and international tax for middle-market clients.
• Proven revenue growth and ability to expand client relationships.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead C corp and consolidated C corp federal and multi-state tax engagements.
• Direct ASC 740 tax provision engagements for SEC registrants and private companies.
• Provide strategic tax consulting on restructurings, M&A and international matters.
• Mentor and develop client services staff and grow the practice.
