Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Master’s degree in taxation with active CPA license.
• Extensive corporate tax experience in a large public accounting firm.
• Focus on C corp, ASC 740, multi-state and international tax for middle-market clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee C corp and consolidated federal and multi-state tax compliance and consulting engagements.
• Direct ASC 740 tax provision engagements for SEC registrants and private companies with complex structures.
• Provide strategic tax guidance on restructurings, M&A and international matters.
• Build client relationships and drive practice growth through cross-service collaboration.
• Mentor and develop client services teams and contribute to firm initiatives.
