MDH Network seeks a dedicated Community Support Professional for a full-time role in Burbank, CA. You will assist intellectually and developmentally challenged adults at home and in the community, helping with daily routines and recreational activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid CA driver’s license with auto insurance, English proficiency (bilingual EN/SP preferred), and relevant experience.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent, at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or forensic involvement.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance; company vehicle use requires 21+ years old.

Responsabilidades

• Train individuals on task-level actions to perform their duties effectively.
• Provide person-centered support you tailor to individuals’ abilities and schedules.
• Keep daily notes and input to personalize or modify training needs and schedules as needed.
• Assist individuals in developing social and job-related skills and encourage positive interactions.
