Qualifications

• Six+ years of sheet metal experience performing aircraft modifications or demonstrated aptitude.
• Able to read and interpret complex aircraft drawings and manuals.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficient with using laptops/tablets for data management and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth structural repairs, fabrication, modification, and installation on C-130 aircraft.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturer manuals.
• Conduct corrosion control to extend aircraft longevity.
• Perform detailed inspections to ensure safety and performance.
• Assist with ground handling, including towing and jacking.
• Work at heights with fall protection and PPE.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
