Accendra Health is seeking a patient-focused Customer Service Representative to educate patients on products, respond to inquiries, and process supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center. This onsite role is based in Anaheim and offers a regular daytime schedule.

The position requires a High School Diploma, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and proficiency in MS Office. It emphasizes clear communication, patient care, and teamwork within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsabilités

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms.
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed.
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry.
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients.
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s.
• Perform other duties as required.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $23 p/h.

Summary

The representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.

Core Responsibilities

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.

• Perform other duties as required
