Job summary

Accendra Health in Florida is seeking an in-office Customer Service Representative to educate patients on products and services, address concerns, and process supply orders. This role focuses on delivering a positive patient experience with strong communication and product knowledge.

This is an on-site position with typical 8:30 AM–5:00 PM hours, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service experience, Call center experience preferred, and adeptness with MS

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn Byram products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required KPI’s
• Perform other duties as required

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20-22 an hour.

On‑site position M-F 8.30-5 pm

POSITION SUMMARY

The representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders. This is an in office position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Perform other duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Call center experience preferred
