Accendra Health in Bothell, WA is seeking a patient-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to educate patients on products and services, process orders, and support referrals in a high-volume call center.

The role emphasizes strong communication, ambition to meet KPIs, and collaboration with healthcare professionals; on-site with potential hybrid after 6 months.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience.

Summary

The representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.

Core Responsibilities

• Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry
• Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team.
• Consistently meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifying Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Call center experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
• Ability to learn our brand products and therapies
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience

Salary and Hours

The anticipated salary range for this position is $23.

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST

On-site (with possible hybrid schedule after 6 months)
