Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business.
• 2+ years in commodities merchandising or related role.
• Strong understanding of markets, pricing, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Sell the wheat middlings and second clear flour.
• Manage long/short trading positions using outside markets as well as futures contracts.
• Collaborate with flour sales to meet price objectives.
• Grow and maintain the customer base.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with customers and suppliers.
